- The price per user is a standard price. Cloud computing vendors tend to leave their pricing flexible, but overall, they either stay the same or reduce over time from competition.
- Is this program specialized for law firms?
- Yes! It is designed especially for attorneys and law firms. Your system is built to help a law practice be productive and get new customers.
- What are the contract terms with the cloud computing vendor? What happens if we change vendors?
- You will have an annual contract for your cloud workflow system. You can change after the year is completed.
- Do we need virus protection on local machines for cloud applications?
- If you are going to maintain any local files or programs personally, then virus protection would be advisable. Otherwise, your cloud applications are not affected by viruses. They run online apart from your local computing environment.
- How do we protect against viruses?
- Virus management is done by the host software company in a cloud computing environment.
- What type of optimization do you offer for pay-per-click campaign optimization?
- We optimize manually and I can send you the Standard Service Offering information upon request.
- Are they any SEO benefits from implementing an automated buying process?

- Your mobile devices are part of the initial setup in Step 1 of the process. Thank you.
- What is the maximum amount of storage of data we are allowed with no additional surcharge?
- Your organization has 1GB of database storage and 1 GB of file storage with your standard license fees for your Legal Workflow Management System.
Your Legal Document Management System has 1 GB of shared storage per user.
- After all is initially setup, is there technical support available thereafter?
- You will have a project management area where all support will be managed. This is your customer portal with AscendWorks where our team will answer any questions or resolve any systems issues related to the launch of your system. If you would like to have an ongoing maintenance contract for monthly support, this is also available.
- Does our calendar, and contacts sync "real time"?
- Calendar and contacts are automatically updated. There is not a client in cloud computing, thus all data is real-time. In the case for your mobile device, it will sync real-time based on the device you have. We advise on using an Android mobile device. Other devices may sync every 15 minutes.
- Does the cloud business system allow for form letters and emails to be created?
- Yes, the system will allow for merging into form letter templates and emails. These will be customized and designed for your workflow process.
- Is there a customer portal and is there a cost?
- There is not a user charge for your customer's user portal access to their cases. The case information will show information you choose to share in a secured portal environment. Your client can only access if they have been give a username and password you supply.
- Is there minimum internet bandwidth requirement to use cloud computing effectively?
- DSL speeds or above will allow for an effective cloud user experience.
